Our payments are processed by WorldPay or GoogleCheckout. Both methods facilitate completely secure payments. We do not ever see your credit card details.
Once you have successfully submitted payment, you will receive an automated email to confirm that we have received you order and payment has been taken.

Occasionally, due to unexpected high demand for items, an item may be out of stock. The shipping charge is a flat rate of £2.50 for all UK orders, or free for UK orders if the total value of your products amount to over £50.00.

Most items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.
When asked for your billing address during our checkout process, it is essential that you enter the registered address for the card you will use to make payment. Failure to do this accurately, may result in delays whilst we conduct additional security checks and could lead to the cancellation of your order.
You can specify an alternate delivery address during our checkout process. If there is no one available to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you to re-arrange the delivery at a more convenient time.
It is your responsibility to enter accurate delivery address details. Please double check this information before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items if sent to the wrong delivery address provided by you.

You have seven days cancellation period after you have received the goods. Unwanted goods can be returned providing that they are in a re-saleable condition and unopened in the original packaging.
Although we are happy to refund the cost of goods, we are unable to refund outward or return carriage, unless goods are delivered damaged or faulty.
All items carry a one year warranty unless stated otherwise within the product description. The warranty does not include batteries or damage caused to the product by misuse.
Please note, we do not accept any liability for loss or injury incurred whilst using our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The Stoppa Red MK3 product is designed for use in life threatening situations only, when it is necessary for you to act in self defence. It does not contain any noxious gases and is therefore legal to carry within the UK, however you should never abuse the product or use it as a weapon as this would constitute breaking the law.
Stoppashop do not accept any liability for use, misuse or confiscation of a canister or for any expenses incurred as a result of using or carrying a canister. It is the purchasers responsibility to use this product as it is intended.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days, via our contact form, for return instructions.
You can expect a full refund or exchange of faulty goods.
Please note that we can not accept the return of goods which have been deemed faulty as a result of installation or misuse.
